Tasks Interim Treasury Back Office Employee

This is a short term assignment where you will keep the shop running, while our client searches for a permanent solution. You are part of the treasury team in a build-up situation. You are responsible for all back office tasks which are:

  • Daily check on correctness of deal entries made by Front Office (e.g. in line with documentation)
  • Manage daily deal confirmation process
  • Follow up on failed payments (from Treasury perspective)
  • Daily entries of cash position of bank accounts of entities that are not in S4H
  • Daily bank account reconciliations
  • Process treasury payments/ vendor payments if required
  • Responsible for Bank account management (opening & closing, etc)
  • Manage KYC requirements from banks and other financial institutions
  • Manage user access of bank portals
  • Process documentation - prepare and maintain desktop processes related to treasury back office
  • Monitor & check delegated EMIR reporting to trade repository
  • Maintain Treasury static / master data in S4H
  • Prepare and publish monthly FX rates company wide
  • Treasury S4H system administrator

You combine a solid track record in corporate or perhaps bank treasury. You can hit the ground running, deliver in the existing organization and help bringing it to the next level. Your communication skills allow you to connect with your treasury colleagues, colleagues in other functions and with external stakeholders.

Our Client

Our client is a carve out of a well known company. On one hand the team runs an existing treasury of a multi-billion international company, on the other hand the whole function will be (re-)build. Team members are international, professional and dedicated.

Remuneration and Process

This project is for three months and might be extended. The expected hourly candidate fee is about €65 for contractors (ZZP-ers).
