The Cash & People Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of four cash analysts. He manages the group’s daily cash position and forecasts. The Cash & People Manager communicates intensively with banks, tax, legal and finance reporting colleagues. He takes responsibility in the development and improvement of the cash management staff, process and policies.
For this position several years of people management experience within a corporate treasury environment is a must. The ideal candidate is result driven, ambitious, energetic and has very good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with SAP is considered a big plus as well as qualifications like CFA, ACCA or CertIM.
