Treasurer Search Newsletter May 2019

Among corporate treasurers IPOs are always the icing on the cake and I have followed Adyen going public. Very interesting is that besides the obvious reasons like increased investments, money for the founders and employees dealing with their stock options, the strategic partners and clients play a role. Clients like eBay and Uber apparently work better together with a listed Adyen. Food for thought….

Who needs a degree?

In an article of CNBC they discuss well known companies that no longer require employees to have a college degree. Do we still need a degree? That's the question that popped up in our team after reading this. This made me think and write an article about the topic, in which I discuss this phenomenon and the changes in the labour market that might be connected.
