So far June has been our best month of the year. Especially in interim assignments things went that quickly that we were not able to post descriptions on our site. The candidate started before we wrote the text...

Exciting news continues to flow in. IPOs of Dutch tech companies Adyen and Elastic. Even banks start looking for staff again. We expect to read more about this on www.treasuryXL.com. And I can inform you for the first time about a project I am very excited about and we invested a lot in: the Treasurer Test. That is our contribution to the news. Read about it and in the meantime enjoy the summer.

Getting ready to launch the Treasurer Test!

How can we measure whether a candidate has the knowledge to be able to do the job? Currently this is done, also by us, by looking at their experience: screening CV’s, checking references, etcetera. I think there is room for more thorough measuring. After talking with many experts the idea of the Treasurer Test arose. We created a group of enthusiasts and started building. In this article I will describe our ideas and progress.
