With Vastelaovend (Southern Dutch Carnaval) and Valentine’s Day behind us we can focus on business again. I often mention that the labour market for corporate treasurers is too small for sound statistical analysis but our portfolio and input from candidates show a clear shift. Especially in the market for junior and medior candidates, the ones with a solid education and relevant experience, employers have to work harder to get the right candidate. Let’s see if these developments will translate to the senior part of the market soon.
